Responsibilities
Reports to: Senior Executive based in Japan
People Management: 4-5 members in HR team
This position will oversee the entire HR function for both HR Business Partnering and HR Operations in Japan. A great chance to engage in People Management whilst implementing transformative HR policies/schemes in a fast growing, but stable company.
– Guide HR operations: C&B, payroll, labor laws, HRIS, performance management, and employee evaluation.
– Support HRBP: on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, training, development, and employee relations.
– Project management: revise C&B schemes, collaborate with Japan-based Senior Executive and HQ stakeholders.
– Partner with overseas stakeholders: advise on HR policies and schemes.
– Strengthen company culture: develop strategies for employee engagement and growth.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– 5+ years of relevant HR Management/senior level experience
– Proactive, agile and entrepreneurial personality with self-learning capabilities
– Business level English
– Strong labor law knowledge
– Strong communication skills
