Responsibilities

Report: Country Manager
Team: Managing 1 staff

Human Resources:
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
– Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
– Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
– Develop and implement employee development programs.
– Promote workplace health, safety, and wellness.

General Administration: (together with support staff)
– Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities.
– Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
– Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure data security.
– Support project management and cross-departmental communication.
– Other duties as required

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years HR experience as a generalist
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
