Responsibilities
Report Line: HR Director
Team Structure: 7 members
– Responsible for enhancing the relationship between an employer and their employees
– Manage employee relations by providing information to employees on counseling, benefits, and other services
– Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive and productive work environment by improving HR policies and employee benefits
– Promote organizational effectiveness and create a high performing culture
– Work with payroll vendor to manage accurate monthly payment including store incentive bonuses
– Coach and support the C&B staff with complex payroll queries and processes
– Maintain and develop the premium corporate image and reputation whilst ensuring the protection of the company brand
– Manage new HRIS implementation project
– Become a HR leader by staying abreast of current trends, emerging developments and actively research new technologies and methodologies in the workplace
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher
– 5+ years relevant experience in HR, including in C&B and HR operations
– Good labor law knowledge
– Business level English
– Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
– Collaborative, respectful, and outcome-focused team player.
– Note: HR Generalists looking to step-up are welcome. Management experience not required!
