Responsibilities
– Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies, advise executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning, drive cultural transformation, and employee engagement.
– Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment process, design career path frameworks, implement succession plans, and build leadership pipelines.
– Compensation, Benefits, & Benchmarking: Manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct benchmarking, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
– Performance Management & Talent Development: Facilitate performance management, oversee talent development programs, including leadership development and skills training.
– HR Operations: Oversee HR policies and systems for efficiency and compliance, manage employee relations, HR budgets, and monitor HR metrics.
– Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead change management initiatives, partner with stakeholders for HR projects aligning with business priorities.
– Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster communication between management and employees, champion diversity and inclusion efforts, and lead employer branding and engagement programs.
Qualifications
– Over 10 years of experience in HR Operations, with diverse HR responsibilities, and management level positions
– Bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
– Proficiency with HRIS, HR analytics, and MS Office.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
– Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Fluent in Japanese and English.
– Good listening skills
– Good stakeholder management skills
