Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a dynamic C&B Manager to lead and innovate their compensation and benefits strategies. This role will focus on aligning local C&B practices with the global scheme and driving the implementation and planning of these changes in Japan. You’ll also oversee payroll operations and design essential training programs related to C&B.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation data.
– Lead and manage upcoming C&B projects.
– Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.
– Ensure compliance with local laws by staying updated on legislative changes.
– Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
– Maintain and update compensation and benefits information.
– Partner with vendors to ensure best practices and compliance.
– Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 7+ years experience in the C&B field
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
– Good analytical skills
