Responsibilities

– Lead C&B programs, strategy, and execution
– Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to C&B
– Manage annual C&B projects and initiatives
– Collaborate with business leaders and partners to design, develop, and review compensation plans and C&B initiatives supporting business goals.
– Provide training to line managers on C&B policies
– Prepare and monitor theC&B budget
– Support / lead C&B projects
– Stay on top of market trends, surveys and the latest information related to rewards
– Manage reporting related to C&B
– Other duties as required

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Business level English
– 9+ years of experience in HR including expertise in the C&B area
– Solid operational experience, including managing total rewards / C&B
– Good labor law knowledge
– Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
– Experience and ability with relationship building
– Strong communication skills
– Leadership and staff management experience preferred

– Experience in pharma, medical device, or manufacturing industries a plus!
