Responsibilities

– Managing labor and payroll for ~800 staff, including attendance, bonuses, and employee transitions.
– Ensuring communication and support for employees, especially those on leave.
– Administering benefits like pensions and group insurance for ~1,000 employees.
– Handling legal compliance, audits, and labor agreement filings.
– Participating in internal projects, meetings, and event planning.

Qualifications

– 3+ years in labor-related tasks; skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
– Open to all levels; willing to learn or use English (No English Required)
– HR experience in retail businesses and data management preferred.
– Certifications like Social Insurance Consultant or Health Supervisor are a plus.
– Teamwork, collaboration, responsibility, and process improvement are encouraged
