Responsibilities

Report line: FP&A Director in Japan

– Monitor KPIs and create financial reports
– Help with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing
– Understand business drivers to support decisions
– Offer financial advice to project teams
– Build financial models and forecasts
– Research and analyze for strategic planning
– Follow financial rules and company policies
– Work with different teams to improve performance
– Support strategic planning and budgeting

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
– 2+ years in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
– Can explain financial info to non-financial teams
– Familiar with financial strategies
– Well-organized and good at multitasking
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
– Analytical and a strong problem solver
– Skilled in Microsoft Office and tools like Anaplan
