Responsibilities

– Be a business partner to the business units that are designated
– Accelerate business partnering with stakeholders such as Business Units in charge, Commercial Operations, and all other related functions
– Reporting of monthly financials, Quarterly Business Review, revenue and functional expense
– Delivers advanced analytical support to middle and upper management
– Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
– Continuously focuses on improvements to planning processes and systems
– Work with other members of the FP&A team, manages the annual planning calendar involving in-depth coordination of portfolio review, strategic plan, budget and forecasts
– Provide ad hoc analysis as needed by stakeholders and business partners
– Lead and influence cross functional projects as appropriate

Qualifications

– 8年以上の外資系メーカー企業でのFP&A、会計、監査経験
– 医薬品・化粧品・医療機器・食品業界での就業経験があれば尚可
– ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き、スピーキング）
– ERPシステムやレポートツールに関する知識
