Responsibilities

– Work with FP&A Manager/Senior Manager to provide dedicated support for business decisions to commercial stakeholders as a strategic business partner.
– Identify business issues and take necessary actions to solve them
– Lead company’s Sales/Operation Planning, Demand Forecasting cycle process as Finance representative
– In charge of Revenue Forecast Management in system, including demand management and coordination with local/regional stakeholders.
– Manage the process of annual budget and quarterly/monthly/weekly forecast preparation throughout the year.
– Provide reports and analysis of financial results as needed
– Lead New Product launch plan and business case creation in collaboration with Marketing.
– Monitor revenue and sales & marketing spending progress and lead the discussion with Commercial members to build action plans for revenue and contribution margin target achievement.
– Regularly communicate with function leads to seek risks and opportunities and prepare contingency plan.
– Provide financial support in the process of drafting annual business scheme and negotiation strategy to specific key accounts, collaborating with commercial business partners.
– Monitor revenue and marketing/operational spending and provide analysis for a basis for management decision making on investment and pursue profitability improvement.
– Enhancing the collaboration across overall FP&A functions
– Consult closely with the accounting team regarding the latest accounting matters, cash flow forecast and the latest business situation and contribute to quality of appropriate accounting.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in FP&A area and 7+ years of experience in Finance.
– Experience in multinational companies with tangible products
– Significant FP&A experience as a business partner
– Experience in developing financial models for business decisions, including balance sheets and statements of cash flows, in addition to income statements.
– Strong data analytic skills utilizing MS Excel and other analytic tools
– Advanced Japanese/English proficiency.
