Responsibilities

– Manage the yearly budget and updates, and prepare presentations
– Spot risks and opportunities, and suggest improvements
– Improve production cost calculations
– Share budget info with business units
– Control costs and analyze differences, focusing on gross margin and production costs
– Prepare and enhance monthly sales reports with detailed analyses
– Compile monthly business reviews on sales, cash flow, projects, and inventory
– Create new reports and perform other analyses as needed
– Implement internal control policies to ensure smooth operations and reduce risks
– Participate in IT projects (ERP changes, BI tool implementation)

Qualifications

– 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A; retail or production experience is a plus
– Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with self-learning abilities
– Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; French is a plus
– Strong Excel skills, ERP experience
