Responsibilities

– Support the Finance Director and Japan management with financial expertise.
– Build relationships for streamlined operations through automation.
– Fulfill tasks assigned by the Finance Director and CEO.
– Implement controls to align with group policies.
– Generate crucial reports for management decisions.
– Manage both strategic planning and detailed analyses.
– Prepare and analyze actual and planned financial reports.
– Handle budgeting and collaborate on long-term plans.
– Manage comprehensive financial reporting.
– Assist functional managers in budget creation and monitoring.

Qualifications

– 3-5 years experience in finance / controlling
– Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical thinking.
– Business-level English and Japanese proficiency, advanced Excel and SAP skills.
