Responsibilities

– Work as a business partner between the finance function and Operations.
– Establish and update the budget in association with internal stakeholders and take into account the objectives set by the Company.
– Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing process by analyzing forecast/actual
– Proactively identify and address SG&A risks and opportunities by closely working with department heads, HQ finance team and other relevant functions
– Determine the criteria to measure financial performance.
– Enhance forecast accuracy and provide risks and opportunities
– Assist the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (Forecasting, Reporting, Business Analysis)
– Strong analytical skills with high IT literacy utilizing SAP, PowerPoint and Excel
– Knowledge of IFRS
– Strong and fluent Japanese and English written and verbal communication skill
