レポート先の日本社長、APAC Finance Controllerのほか、APACのリージョンヘッドとも頻繁にコンタクトを取るポジションです。意思決定に深くかかわる機会にもなります。

Responsibilities

– Perform financial management duties.
– Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments
– Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
– Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
– Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts
– Support strategic business plans
– Monitoring of company’s internal controls
– Management of finance department members
– Reporting finance status to country manager, group finance manager and take any actions for achieving budget with managers
– Provide financial support for corporate planning department’s strategic planning
– Support creating, monitoring, analyzing sales and margin with sales
– Cost improvement with factory managers
– FTE and payroll cost improving with HR manager

Qualifications

– 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in small to mid-size manufacturing company
– Proven proficiency in financial analysis and strategic development
– Familiarity with IFRS and JGAAP
– Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations
– Business level English, and native level Japanese
– Experience in managing and processing with an internal control
