Responsibilities

– Bank negotiations, preparation of borrowing documents
– Cash Flow/Cash Balance reports
– Payment management and budget preparation
– Performance comparison
– Sales report preparation
– Financial analysis reports for new stores
– Monthly closing reports
– Posting/reconciliation of related company vouchers
– Preparation and posting of payroll vouchers
– Inventory reconciliation and posting, lease accounting
– Confirmation of fixed asset postings, depreciation postings
– Posting of accruals, audit response
– Taxation, tax payments, inquiries to tax offices
– Monthly closing, year-end closing
– Seal management, approval document management
– Arrangement of lease contract conclusion

Qualifications

– Practical experience and knowledge in accounting & finance
– Communication skills to build relationships with the HQ, other departments, and business partners
– Problem-solving ability and drive to address various issues arising from environmental changes and company growth
– Business level English
