Responsibilities

Accounting
– Monthly Closing
– Lead and develop members of the finance team
– Provide direction and oversight to general Accounting procedures and operations
– Plan and direct accounting operation functions (fixed assets, prepaid assets and accruals, royalties and licensing, rebates, self-insurance, stock-based compensation, payroll, cash, and allowances and reserves.)
– Review Financial statements and account reconciliations
– Build strong relationships with internal customers
– Implement new financial policies and procedure
– Preparation of annual financial statements and statutory documentation
– Review contracts/agreements/new transactions to ensure proper accounting, policies and tax treatment
– Liaison with external audit teams, external tax accountant, banks, tax authority

FP&A
– Budgeting and forecasting
– Gathering and interpreting financial data
– Cultivate company analysis and company reporting on a monthly basis to compare resulting to prior years, budgets, and forecasts, 
– Strategic planning, annual budgets and periodic forecasts
– Prepare monthly R&O and trend risk analysis
– Lead / develop Financial Analysts 
– Lead development of analytical capabilities across financial planning and analysis team including development of financial policies and procedures

Qualifications

– 10 + years of Accounting & Finance experience
– 3 to 5 years of staff management experience 
– Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
– Experience using a large ERP system (SAP preferred)
