Responsibilities

– Overall Accounting responsibility including GL, AP, AR, Baking, Cash management
– Complete and timely monthly and quarterly accounting close
– Support and advise on tax compliance, internal and external audits
– Coordinate and control external and internal audits for the relevant legal entities.
– Assure the accuracy of financial statements and B/S account reconciliation activities.
– Prepare, analyze and control annual reports (balance sheet, P&L and cash flow) with supporting documentation and quality including analysis of P&L deviations – forecast vs. actual
– Cost tracking, monitoring and controls
– Assure that all periodic filings and statistical declarations are done in a timely and correct manner
– Develop and maintain internal control, policies, and procedures for the area of responsibilities and contribute to improve internal processes
– Create and track financial metrics as part of dashboard for management

Qualifications

– 10+ Years of Accounting/Finance experience
– Business level English
– Experience with SAP, Hyperion, NetSuite, ADP and/or other financial reporting tools
– Self-starter with high work ethic
