Responsibilities

– Review the accounting requirements of the division and direct the development/installation of appropriate systems.
– Prepares statements of monthly financial data including income statement and B/S. Analysis of financial results as compared to monthly objectives.
– Responsible for the financial performance measurements within the division
– Accountable for proper procedures, policies and controls being in place to maintain strong internal controls.
– Responsible for internal and external reporting, assuring that Generally Accepted Accounting Practices are in place.
– Conduct ad-hoc financial reviews/analysis as requested.
– Lead and develop the accounting/finance team.
– Directs the annual division planning process with emphasis on installing a proactive reporting system, to support the management decision-making process.
– Review and evaluate investments in all operating assets.

Qualifications

– 10+ years’ experience in financial accounting in foreign capital companies.
– Business level of English.
– Strong analytical and technical skills to critically assess and articulate business/financial risks and opportunities
– Thorough understanding and hands on experience of cost accounting
