Responsibilities

Finance operations/treasury/tax
– Responsible for both statutory and Group management financial accounting and reporting, ensuring proper documentation and controls in line with Group guidelines.
– Lead the standardization and automation of finance processes to ensure global alignment across the Group.
– Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including import duties, sales taxes, WHT, and CIT, while managing reporting, provisioning, and payments.
– Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow planning, financing, insurance, and managing the year-end external audit.

Business Partnering/FP&A
– Act as the finance business partner to the Country Head, Region Head, and Finance Director, providing financial perspectives to support business strategy and profitable growth.
– Lead and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes while managing the business’s P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, in alignment with regional and group processes.
– Drive insights into business performance (sales, cost of sales, OPEX, working capital) through management reporting, KPIs, and in-depth analysis, while proactively challenging performance and driving necessary actions.
– Oversee commercial decision-making for tenders, pricing, and offers, and manage customer credit risk, receivables, and credit limits to optimize DSO and minimize credit losses.
– Manage capex requests and investment analysis, and ensure the maintenance of sales reporting and financial setups within the ERP for high financial transparency in line with group standards.

Human Resources, IT
– Work as a liaison to the HQ and support General Manager on all HR, GA, IT related matters

Qualifications

– 5+ years of accounting and financial controlling experience with MNCs JGAAP as well as IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge
– English business fluent, both verbal and written
– Business partnering with local management
– A high level of commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills would be key to success in this role.
