■FP&Aメインの業務対応
経理財務は本ポジションを含む4名構成となり、部下3名（うち1名は他業務との兼任）をマネジメント頂きます。Accounting業務にそこまで追われることは無く、FP&A / Controlling業務に注力頂けます。

■在宅／フレックス勤務の活用
週2～3日程度の在宅勤務可能、またフレックス制度もございますので、ご家庭との両立も実現可能です。

Responsibilities

– Manage Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
– Support the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
– Prepare timely monthly financial statements
– Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
– Research technical accounting issues for compliance
– Support all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL
– Support month-end and year-end close process
– Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
– Support with local, JP government reporting requirements and tax filings with the external tax advisor
– Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
– Manage and comply with external & internal auditors the full scope audits
– Additional accounting / controlling duties as necessary

Qualifications

– 5+ years of overall combined controlling and finance experience
– Japanese / English fluent (In addition to the left, German fluent is Plus)
– SAP knowledge
– Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
– Experience with creating financial statements
– Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
