Responsibilities

– Weekly Flash Report highlighting Sales Volume & Revenue by Customer
– Running monthly Cash Flow & Treasury Related Reports
– Running monthly YTD Financials
– Running quarterly PL Reforecast
– Budget Financials for the following fiscal year
– Analyzing budget vs actual result variances
– Aligning with sales and other departments to assist in optimizing cash flow and management within the business unit
– Oversee all Finance & Accounting Functions including cash flow, annual budget process, auditing process, regulatory and tax compliance filings liaising with tax consultant
– Periodic cost management review with the goal of maximizing cost efficiencies / optimizing costs
– Periodic review for improving accounting process
– Staff management & development for the Finance & Accounting team

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, planning, analysis, management control, Business Planning, Cash Flow, financial sustainability etc.,
– 5+ years of managerial experience with direct subordinates.
– Fluency in Japanese. Business level English.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or ERP system
