Responsibilities

– Collaborate with senior management to provide financial support aligned with company strategies.
– Develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on process improvement and digitalization.
– Manage and support the accounting team for effective performance.
– Undertake tasks as requested by the Finance Director and CEO.
– Oversee group financial reporting and ensure accuracy in accounting activities.
– Supervise and review various accounting tasks (sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, payroll, etc.) to maintain accuracy.
– Handle relationships with auditors and tax representatives to meet legal reporting requirements.
– Manage reconciliation of transactions between company branches and prepare related reports.

Qualifications

– 3-5 years in a similar role, understanding strategy and managing processes.
– Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical thinking.
– Business-level English and Japanese proficiency, advanced Excel and SAP skills.
