Responsibilities

– Perform Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing
– Ensure all financial transaction records are accurately maintained and entered into the system in a timely manner
– Support analyzing sales revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators
– Manage financial statements in both IFRS and J-GAAP
– Manage Capex and IFRS16 lease accounting
– Support annual tax reconciliation and all tax returns
– Supervise overall process of treasury activity
– Advising and improving operation work and system process from order to cash and purchase to payment for risks control
– Supporting to develop and update accounting systems and procedures
– Manage the interaction with external interfaces
– Other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

– 7+ years’ experience in accounting/finance
– Knowledge of applicable accounting principles, laws and regulations in Japan, knowledge of IFRS is a plus
– Experience with SAP will be a plus
– Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
