Responsibilities

– Manage AR and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
– Oversee cash collection
– Maintain and negotiate contracts
– Develop and implement controls and policies for AR records.
– Track account aging and identify overdue accounts.
– Oversee cash receipts and follow up on inquiries.
– Verify customer credit limits and review credit control reports
– Recommend changes to collection terms or require deposits from customers.
– Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
– Lead/support accounting projects (ERP implementation)
– Handle various accounting and other related tasks.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of relevant experience
– Business level English and Japanese
– Team player with problem solving skills
– Proficiency in MS Excel
