Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with US GAAP
– Accounts Payable and Accruals
– Payroll accounting
– Revenue and Receivables
– Inventory
– Tax
– Company expense management
– Corporate Credit Card management including communication with credit card company
– Intercompany transaction management including communication with overseas parties
– Prepare/review and ensure appropriateness of supporting information for internal/external audits.
– Liaise with Region and Corporate accounting teams as appropriate
– Perform SOX 404 testing
– Drive Accounting process improvements

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance
– Strong English command
– Accurate and detail oriented
– Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
