■マネージャー候補としての採用
経理財務は3名体制となり、レポート先は国内の日本人Managerです。Managerの方は定年が近く、本ポジションを後任として育てていく意向が強くございますため、1-2年間の学びをしっかり得た上で昇進を目指せるチャンスとなります。

■週3日程度の在宅勤務

Responsibilities

– Record and post all incoming invoices into ERP; ensure proper approval on payment request vouchers as according to company approval matrix; making sure vendor payment terms are also aligned to company standard payment terms or any statutory restrictions.
– Perform 3 way matching in ERP for PO related purchases
– Consolidating invoices and output data from ERP for payment according to agreed payment terms/company payment terms
– Process Concur T/E submission for weekly T/E Payment to Employees. Check all supporting receipts are submitted and in accordance with company T/E Policy.
– Payment of payroll withholding tax/inhabitant tax
– Any other accounting duties or supports as directed by Accounting Manager

Qualifications

– 6+ years of finance and accounting experience
– ERP experience and Concur experience a plus
– Good spoken and written English preferred (TOEIC 700+)
