Responsibilities

– Journal entries
– Tax filing
– General monthly/quarterly/annual closing operations (including document preparation, B/S Reconciliation, reporting, etc.)
– Fixed assets management and operations
– Capitalized Engineering management and operations
– Preparation and creation of other journal entries and supporting documents for accruals, etc.
– Internal audit / external financial audit support activities.
– Ad-hoc projects with other departments regarding various business improvements (including new system introduction, etc.)

Qualifications

– 5+ years of accounting experience at a multi-national company
– Accounting knowledge including bookkeeping (grade 2 or higher). CPA is a plus.
– Basic business skills such as logical thinking and problem-solving techniques
– Business-level English communication skills (reading, writing is a must, speaking is good to have)
– PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP software), especially strong MS Excel formula and pivot skills.
